WHAT WE CAN DO FOR THE JOB CANDIDATE

  • Through the intake interview and subsequent discussions, develop a plan for employment that takes into account your location, transportation arrangements, interests, prior experience, strengths, limitations and long term goals

  • Identify employment opportunities that are in keeping with your plan goals

  • Assist with the application and interview process

  • Assist in arranging transportation to and from the job

  • Provide training, coaching and support on the job

  • Assist with problem resolution, termination, and replacement should that be needed

  • Connect to other appropriate service providers if needed

  •  Provide long term follow along coaching and support

  •  Meet with you at your convenience at your site to discuss your personnel needs and the requirementfor the position or task

  • Recruit, train and screen highly qualified and motivated individuals to fulfill your need

  • Provide on site employee orientation and training in accordance with your company specifications

  • Provide assistance with job restructuring or disability accommodation where needed

  • Provide ongoing coaching to the employee, monitoring of performance and continuing education and

  •  Provide long term follow along coaching and support
