Short-Term Evaluation

3-5 days of testing, career exploration, goal identification, and the option of a situational assessment completed at the Abilities Center or at your location.

Traditional Evaluation

Up to 5-week (25 day) program completed at the Abilities Center. Assessment includes assignment to 1 or more training areas (production, janitorial, food services, or materials handling) to participate in paid activities, testing, and an option to complete a community based situational assessment (job trial).

Functional Evaluation

1 to 3 days spent at your location to determine a person’s work readiness and vocational objectives. This is completed through observations, interviews, and the option of a situational assessment. You will also receive specific recommendations for career planning.

Testing only

Administration and interpretation of specific testing tools with a report of results.

Situational Assessments only

Real work arranged so that the person’s work abilities, needs and preferences can be determined through observation and feedback with a report of findings.
